Mark Mates started in 2025 and today it's a team of 21 based in Islamabad, working with clients around the world. It's run by two brothers, Danial and Danish Ahmed.
We kept running into the same pattern on client work. A business would have a marketing problem, a delivery problem, and a stack of manual tasks, all handled by different people who never really talked. Most of the time it was one problem underneath: nobody owned how the work actually ran day to day.
So we built Mark Mates to handle all of it in one place: project management and business analysis, automation, and marketing. We figure out what's actually needed, build it, get it running, and document everything so your team can keep it going after we step back.
